If I could give you more stars I would. Tom was very efficient from start to finish. He was able to help us sell our home quickly. We never had to worry about getting something done. He was great about keeping us informed every step of the way. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we had. From start to finish Tom made everything seem flawless. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is the best of the best in his level of expertise.
Tom, You did a great job in assisting us in our recent townhouse purchase. You quickly found and advised us of homes in our price range in the selected area. Your knowledge of all aspects of the selected area made it easier to quickly choose and make an acceptable offer to the seller. You then hand delivered a full packet of the required paperwork for the sale offer and acceptance. You assisted us in the followup inspection of the purchase townhouse, including some important safety advice on cleaning the clothes dryer vent. Tom stopped me from trying to sell my home by myself in 2015 & showed me that I had underpriced our home. We got more than we ever thought and Tom sold our house the first day on market. Over the next four years Tom was very patient with my wife & I as we kept dipping in & out of the market to buy a home. Once we were ready Tom was an advocate for our needs. Tom Gravely was not only very knowledgeable about the market but he was also very patient and helpful to a very nervous first-time seller. He made it feel less stressful and easy. Tom sold my townhouse for me recently. I have a lot of pets, and he worked with me on what solutions would be best for them and scheduled showings so that I could get them out once instead of having the hassle of having to get them out multiple times. He worked with me to make sure I understood the best offer and was really helpful with helping me find cleaners etc. to help get my house ready. I appreciate everything he did for me – he made the whole experience as un-traumatic as possible.
