Tom sold my townhouse for me recently. I have a lot of pets, and he worked with me on what solutions would be best for them and scheduled showings so that I could get them out once instead of having the hassle of having to get them out multiple times. He worked with me to make sure I understood the best offer and was really helpful with helping me find cleaners etc. to help get my house ready. I appreciate everything he did for me – he made the whole experience as un-traumatic as possible.
