Tom Gravely was not only very knowledgeable about the market but he was also very patient and helpful to a very nervous first-time seller. He made it feel less stressful and easy. At one point, I even forgot that the house was selling…LOL! Not only was he good at his job, but he went above and beyond in getting the house ready for the market and delivering what he promised. The house sold in no time with his help.
