Tom, You did a great job in assisting us in our recent townhouse purchase. You quickly found and advised us of homes in our price range in the selected area. Your knowledge of all aspects of the selected area made it easier to quickly choose and make an acceptable offer to the seller. You then hand delivered a full packet of the required paperwork for the sale offer and acceptance.
